Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, including but not limited to acoustic, insulation, fireproofing, and automation system installations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Core Grid Systems ("the Company").

2. Scope of Services

Core Grid Systems provides professional installation services as detailed in the project-specific scope of work, proposals, or contracts. The scope of work will specify the materials, methods, and deliverables for each project. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope must be formally approved in writing by both parties.

3. Client Obligations

• Information and Access: The Client must provide timely access to the site, necessary drawings, specifications, and a safe working environment.
• Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for the project.
• Coordination: The Client must coordinate with other contractors on site to prevent delays and ensure a smooth project flow.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is as per the agreed-upon contract or proposal. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be outlined in the contract. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 2% per month.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Core Grid Systems warrants that all installation services will be performed with due care and in a professional, workmanlike manner, in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work and industry standards. Specific material warranties will be provided by the manufacturers of the products used in the installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability for any claims arising from the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for those services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from or in connection with the services.

7. Intellectual Property

All project documents, including technical drawings, method statements, and specifications created by Core Grid Systems, remain the intellectual property of the Company until the project is paid in full. The Client is granted a license to use these documents for the specific purpose of the project for which they were created.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered and costs incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

Core Grid Systems reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
